How do you get to the Hollywood Palladium?

We are located on the corner of Sunset Boulevard and Argyle. One block east of Vine, two blocks west of Gower. Take the Metro Red Line and get off at Hollywood / Vine station. Walk two blocks south on Argyle. Hollywood Palladium will be on your left. 

Where do I park?

There are multiple paid parking lots surrounding the Palladium.

On-site lot surrounding the Palladium-Coast Parking- $10-$20

Sunset Media Center @ 6255 Sunset Blvd., LA CA 90028 (Parking entrance off Argyle – between Selma and Sunset). -$10-$20

Can I host a private event at the Hollywood Palladium?

How can I reach your box office?

Box Office can be reached at (323) 962-7600.  The box office is open 1 hour prior to the doors opening on show days, as well as Saturdays from 10am-2pm. On Saturdays we sell advance tickets to Palladium and Wiltern shows.

What types of payment do you accept?

When purchasing tickets in advance: Box office accepts Visa, MC, AMEX, or cash 

When does the box office open for will call before and event?

Argyle Box Office will open 1 hour prior to event. 

How do I find more information on accessible seating?
+

Accessible seating is available on a first come, first serve basis, on the night of the show only. No reservations or Accessible tickets are required. Upon arrival to the venue, let any staff member know you would like to be escorted to our Accessible seating section. Disability will be accommodated at door subject to availability. Are there any restrictions at the venue?

Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages, alcohol, weapons of any kind (including pocket knives, pepper spray, large chains, spiked jewelry, etc.), illegal substances, drug or drug paraphernalia, electronic cigarettes, open packs of cigarettes (sealed packs only), professional recording equipment –photo, video, or audio, lights of any kind (LED gloves or massagers), pacifiers, dust masks, eye drops, markers or spray paint, balloons or inflatable balls, umbrellas, chairs or blankets, stuffed animals or dolls, posters, stickers or any item or action that challenges public safety, inside the venue. Backpacks, large purses, and bags smaller than 10” x 10” are allowed but any larger items will have to be checked at Coat Check. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. There are no ‘in & outs’. Our venue is standing room venue ONLY. All tickets are on a first come first serve basis.

Is there an age limit for bring children to events?

No children under the age of 5 will be admitted except for family and children's shows. Everyone must have a ticket. 

How do I contact Lost & Found?
+

All Lost & Found items will be held at the Hollywood Palladium front desk for 2 weeks following the date of every event. Please fill out the form and email to thehollywoodpalladium@livenation.com for a quick response or call 323 962 7600 and leave a message with your name, brief description of the item, and your contact number. Items that are indeed found by the front desk can be picked up Monday - Friday between 11 AM - 5 PM.
